Our growth to date has been steady through our own sales efforts and recommendation and not based on acquisition. Subsequently, we have grown substantially operating in all London postcodes and the neighbouring counties. Recruitment and Staffing
Our services are carried out by well-trained, fully vetted and motivated cleaning operatives. In accordance with the Prevention of Illegal. Working-Asylum & Immigrant Act 1996, we follow strict vetting procedures prior to the employment of any staff. Prospective employees must provide two forms of identification, proof of right to work in the UK, proof of National Insurance and their address, which must be less than three months old and proof of banking. Staff passing this vetting procedure, will then be issued with a Company Identification Badge and a uniform, both of which must be worn at all times on clients’ premises

Our planning process starts with the initial site assessment and continues right through to contract implementation. Once the contract has commenced, we remain completely focused on the day-to-day operational details, delivering according to the cleaning specification. Planning continues to come into consideration during client review meetings, which are often used to discuss the quality of cleaning, or to further enhancements to the specification.
These meetings often generate innovative solutions, which are quickly implemented, and this has proved to be a valuable and effective use of management time.
Management and Communication
We also realized that nothing could be achieved without high quality management, good communication support from all our staff. We believe it’s the dedication shown by our Contract Managers and Area Supervisors that underpins very successful client relationships. To assist with response times, all field-based management employ mobile messaging system, ensuring they can be easily reached both by the client, our head office coordinators and mobile supervisors. This enables any staffing or operational issues to be professionally handled and quickly resolved.
The application of Key Performance Indicators within our contract management process further reassures the client. This involves collecting data from our quality audits and reviewing it against a range of agreed performance criteria, which together with the client are established at the beginning of each contract. These are then regularly analysed and evaluated, providing fundamental feedback on operational delivery.
